The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and including handling and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.

Payment can be made in one of the ways indicated during the ordering process. Additional payment/order terms may be added to your order.

The delivery times stated by Zuignapje are indicative only. In accordance with distance selling regulations, the contractor must fulfill orders expeditiously, but at least within 30 days. If this is not possible (e.g., an order is temporarily out of stock) or there is a delay for other reasons, or an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer (client) will receive notification of this within one month of placing the order and will then have the right to cancel the order free of charge.
