Delivery time and shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. The product page indicates the delivery time and the number of items we have in stock. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices include shipping costs.

Delivery is handled by PostNL mail carriers or parcel delivery personnel. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Reflection period/return

You may sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps because you're not satisfied with the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want it. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns. You don't have the right of withdrawal for consumer purchases concerning the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal was broken after delivery, in accordance with Article 6:230p, section f, subsection 1 of the Dutch Civil Code.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a product that falls under the hygiene exception and whose seal has been broken, we unfortunately cannot accept the item for return. If the item is still unused and in its original packaging, unopened, then it is possible to return it. We will inform you further about the options and any further processing if you notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it. Return costs are always at your own expense.
